All about exercising....

This week target: 500 calori/day


Action jer lebih....sebenornyer....waktu exercise...tercungap-cungap tau...


kayuh betul2...about 8 km per session and burn ~300 calori...Betul..!!!


Bila la..nak dapat mukaku yang bujur kembali....huhuhu...tak sanggup nyer...tgk pipiku y semakin TEMBAM...!!!
