What to do???!!! i've no choice!!!huhuhu...FYI berat badan skrg dah over LIMIT.....terBeraT dalam HidupKU!!!! aaarrrrggghhhh.....!!!!
So, i've to take action...
1. STRICTLY ...NO meal after 8.00 pm (kurangkan kuantiti nasi waktu lunch...huhuhuuh....)
2. Do a LOT of Exercises ....
a) 10 000 steps everyday.....(Window ShoppinG la...)
b) Cycling.....dalam rumah jer......sambil tgk TV...about 1 hour...
c) Play with Exercise Ball....
d) Weekend: Jogging n Window Shopping......(The Most Favorite exercise...!!!)
e) Kurangkan Zzzzzzzzzz.........

Start on Jun 2009
Lose 2 kg on July
Lose 2 kg on August
Lose 2 kg on Sept
Lose 2 kg on Okt
Lose 2 kg on Nov....
December...i'll get my ideal n lovely contour back (like b4 kawin...Hopefully..).....hehehehe...aminnn......
